Installs a utility for activating a SolarFarmer software licence.
NOTE: This tool is installed as part of the full SolarFarmer installation.
For network licences, installing this tool is a lightweight way to setup the licence server without having to install SolarFarmer on the server - it also installs and configures the Sentinel HASP licence manager.
