Run SolarFarmer from the Command Line
The SolarFarmer application can be run from the command line - useful for automation tasks. You can open a specified workbook and run a script in the opened workbook.
Open a command prompt in Windows. Navigate to the latest SolarFarmer installation folder (or use the full path of the SolarFarmer executable), then use some or all of the following options:

Run the specified script (you must also open a workbook that contains the script). The script name should be the name of one of scripts in the Runnable Scripts panel of the Script Editor |

Close SolarFarmer after completing the script (must run a script to use this) |

Does not open the application window |
-nosplash |
Hides the splash screen |
For example:
GH.SolarFarmer.exe -open "C:\Workbooks\My workbook.sfw" -run MyScript ^
-close -invisible -nosplash
